• Clients can book online through Dash Booking, call the studio to book, or walk in when a chair is available. For online booking, you are required to provide your phone number, first name, last name, and email address.
• A verification code will be sent to your phone number prior to placing an online booking.
• You agree to receive appointment reminders, review requests, and promotional messages via SMS. Standard message and data rates may apply. To opt out, reply “STOP” to any message or call us at (780) 882-6662.

2. Pricing and Services

• Prices for products and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services (or any part thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be held liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of any service.

3. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without any penalties. To cancel, use the online booking system or contact us directly by phone at (780) 882-6662.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may incur fees or penalties.
